Tim has always been able to produce with his hands anything he can think in his head. This skill launched him into the metal working and construction trades since high school. Early in his career he gathered sales, business management, and estimating experience through various avenues. The entrepreneurial spirit was always present. After returning from the foreign mission field in 1997, the couple decided to turn Tim's skill and drive into a full-time business, hence, T. Morgan Construction, Inc. became official in March 1998. Shani came alongside to put some form to the function. As the couple likes to state, Tim is the "gas" and Shani is the "brakes" - a terrific combination!
